Comfort & Spice Cafe

Comfort & Spice was born out of necessity. Winter was approaching in Pittsburgh and food trucks are hard for breweries to find.

The food is a mix of cheesy comfort and spicy international. Everything but the cheese is house made including the sauces and ketchup. There is constant tinkering to create a flavor and texture balance in each bit that pairs seamlessly with a specific beer style.
